These Terms of Service govern use of harebridge.com and purchases from Harebridge LLC.

Store use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the operation or security of the site, misuse its content, or attempt unauthorized access.

Products and availability

We aim to describe products accurately. Handmade products can have minor variations in glaze, color, texture, or form. Product availability and prices can change without notice. We may correct errors or cancel and refund an order when a product is unavailable, a price is incorrect, or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been processed. Payments are handled through Shopify checkout and the payment methods displayed there.

Shipping

Shipping services, charges, and estimated delivery dates are presented at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

Intellectual property

Site text, branding, graphics, and images are owned by Harebridge LLC or used with permission from their respective owners. They may not be reproduced or distributed except as permitted by law or with written authorization.

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Harebridge LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
