Sources of personal information

We collect personal information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device through cookies and similar technologies; and from Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, and other service providers that help us operate the Services.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners, including Shopify, use cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, maintain your cart, secure transactions, measure site use, personalize your experience, and support advertising. You can control many cookies through your browser and, where available, through the privacy controls presented on our store. Blocking required cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.

For more information, review Shopify's Cookie Policy. You may also use our Your Privacy Choices page and the Shopify Privacy Portal.

We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent.

Shopify and enhanced services

Our Services are hosted by Shopify. Information you submit and information about your interactions with our store is transmitted to and processed by Shopify and its service providers, which may be located in countries other than your own. Shopify may combine information about your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide enhanced services such as fraud prevention, analytics, personalization, and more relevant advertising. Depending on your state, some of this processing may be considered "sharing" or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law.

Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. You can use the Shopify Privacy Portal to manage certain choices and requests involving information Shopify processes.

Marketing and advertising choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a message. Even after opting out of marketing, you may continue to receive non-promotional messages about your account, orders, or customer-service requests.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain uses of Shopify or other services for personalized advertising may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out through Your Privacy Choices, by using a Global Privacy Control signal, or by contacting us. Except where required by law, we do not respond to other browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, maintain transaction and tax records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the reason it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer required, we may delete it, de-identify it, or isolate it from further use.

State privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers Harebridge's processing, you may have the right to request that we:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information and provide access to it;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete personal information;
  • provide a portable copy of certain personal information;
  • disclose information about the categories and sources of personal information we collect, our purposes for using it, and the categories of recipients;
  • opt you out of a sale, sharing, or processing for targeted advertising; or
  • review an appeal if we deny an eligible privacy request.

These rights are not absolute and may not apply in every circumstance. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. To submit a request, email hello@harebridge.com, call (307) 429-3319, or use our Your Privacy Choices page for opt-out requests.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and request, such as your email address and order details. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification. If we deny an eligible request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with the subject "Privacy Appeal."

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about consumers.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive payment or identification information through ordinary email or the contact form.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of applicable law, contact us so we can review and delete it as required.

Other sites and services

The Services may link to websites or services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.

International processing

Harebridge is based in the United States, and Shopify and other service providers may process personal information in the United States or other countries. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.
